Hello! I am Chrystal Shanahan. I am a Central Ohio real estate professional here to help you in any way I can. I earned my bachelor’s degree from Bowling Green State University (majored in education with a double concentration in marketing & business), my first master’s degree from Franklin University (majored in marketing & communication), my second master’s degree from Concordia University Chicago (majored in school leadership) and my real estate training at Hondros College of Business.

I have been a real estate agent with Carleton Realty, LLC since 2012. I can assist buyers and sellers in all areas of Central Ohio. Our company was founded January 11, 1990 by Robert C. Kutschbach, President and Broker, along with eight agents.  Since then, we have grown to a total of over 200 agents.  We now rank in the Top 6 Largest Companies by number of agents within Columbus REALTORS®.
